Over 150 apps that include adding connectivity to Salesforce and YouTube streams.

Speaking of streams, that’s how Hootsuite defines your social media accounts, as streams.

These are organized in columns and you can arrange these columns easily and get overall views as well as granular views of comments, likes, retweets, mentions, etc.

Hootsuite is my personal favorite as it combines the publishing with the analytics in an easy to navigate layout.

The reporting is quite nice with graphs and charts for everything from followers to engagement and a new Reactions by Sentiment – an analysis of how strongly your followers felt about a post.

 

 

 

The free plan gives you the ability to follow up to 3 social media profiles and basic reporting and scheduling.

The Pro plan is $8.99/mo per user and gives you the ability to track 50 social profiles and bulk scheduling.

Support is provided via Knowledgebase and online chat.
