If you want to optimize send times, you’ll need to upgrade to the Premium  plan which also includes help desk integration.

When you login you are presented with a dashboard that provides robust trends and demographics of your audience(s).

The SmartInbox will show you all incoming messages and you can filter what you want to display. Mentions, retweets, likes, etc.

If you are working with a team, messages can be assigned to team members and grouped by General, Leads, or Support.





The Discovery Tab gives you a view of followers, those who have conversed with you, and have mentioned you.

You can easily see the social influence of a follower and Follow, Message or view their profile from within the app.

The reporting is very robust on Sprout Social. There are many predefined reports which can be exported to csv or directly to a nicely formatted PDF.

Support is provided by a well done Getting Started series of videos.
