TaskArmy is very similar to Fiverr but with prices ranging anywhere from $5 on up.
One “service” was offering management of 4 social media accounts for $499/mo.
When you select a service you are presented with the details of the service as provided by the provider.
This ranges from sparse to appropriate detail – but with most on the sparse side. Fortunately, there is a button to ask more questions of the provider.

Fiverr like site with flexible pricing
There is no provider portfolio – only links that are included (or not) in the details section. And the links are often not clickable.
The site is missing a category browser so if you are looking for something specific, you need to use their search engine which works well.
TaskArmy is a great idea but the site is in need of serious attention and design upgrade.
